within the core of my void
and bring into this vacuum
the warm breath of seclusion
plant the seeds of disbelief in me
so they can grow the fruit of my rebirth

And Im reborn iron instead of golden
Rusty, but righteous and truthful
Describe to me the sunrise

Introduce me to the peacock
chasing every sheaf of light
with his every feather of colours unseen

colours of magic radiating different in every eye
and with the look of thirst i seek the burning sphere in the sky

But it hides from me ,avoids me
and only spots of lunar delusion i see
Here i find the scars ive left in earth
so they remind me to hide from the silver light

that every honest judgement purifies
however something pushes me towards it
and i spread my arms, scarred and skinned
and im ready to uproot my yellow heart

i deny reality and truth
and depict the world whith the pigment of my soul
pigment made of colours that Ive never seen

no one here who I can ask, no one to perceive
the picture that I paint
the feeling and the sight

No one to enjoy a picture
lacking shades of emptiness and pain
however can i stream vibration
unlike the one enslaving me

I need to stop lookingn in that mirror
beyond which lies the crystal soul of sky

yet again I stare in its depts with hope to find this burning sphere
but now up there neither moon nor the sun nor the stars appear
The ambassador Mercurius hopelessly approaches
why am I forsakend banished buried in the cold and souless soil
i carve new wounds the old ive torn apart
my hands are bathing in the nether blood of mine
I paint the eyes that look ahead
and I crave to see what they see

Extraordinary work by Antrisch, can't stop listening to it although Black Metal usually struggles to convince me. Same like for Antrisch's EXPEDITION I: Dissonanzgrat applies: This album is strong from its first sounds of creaking wooden hull to its last sounds of wind and waves, deciding for a favourite track would not do justice for the geniality of the remaining five, the one coming closest to a favourite one could be I FESTGEFROREN - Packeisfalle in my opinion. onkelchristoph
