Embraced by the souless dark vacuum
The monumental granite giants chant
with their ancient mystic voice
Spilling the echo through the
valleys full of darknesss
Oculi ad videndum, aures ad audiendum (Eyes to see, ears to hear)
Let the philosopher learn to dwell in a paintless realm, void of landscapes
Void of tears, colours and beauty
Blinded by the present and the omens let his empty stare
entangle in the roots of past
Let the cloud eclipse the lunar light
And let him use vibrations instead of paint
Synthesizing colours from the sonic palette
And let the wind spread the coventant into eternity
Clouds are fading like memory of beauty
The wind is slowing down
The light slowly creeps through the valleys
and absorbs the darkness

whispers silenced by the rivers
And even starless the magic sky is full of tales
And no one else can tell what the cosmic void contains

Future dethrone the past
How does one reach the celestial mind in seek of knowledge and reason?
But there's no one to give an answer, nor direction, meaning or destiny
And the shapless sky beyond all form is somehow omniscient and speaks
Wordless yet bringing clarity with sonic landscapes
Time is buried in the purified soil
All motion is paralyzed,
all rivers frozen in a moment
The valley has lost the wind's caress
Surdus Nisme Nuru
the granite song has been sung
DANNU BATILT USMI
What will the time reveal
And even starless the magic sky is full of tales
And no one else can tell what the cosmic void contains
SALMU UDI UTTU

whispers silenced by the rivers
The wind scatters the clouds, draining out the warmth, it fills the atmosphere with its breath
The crystal space reveals the stars
Incredible album. Each track flows seamlessly into the next to create a beautiful yet melancholic atmosphere that clings to you like gnarled bramble; beckoning you to discover its secrets. A journey through and through. Aqueous
Winter wind blasted atmospheric black metal from the desolate fields of Siberia. Crisp production and an excellent performance. Grima is a must check out for any black metal fan. 8/10 RJ
Extraordinary work by Antrisch, can't stop listening to it although Black Metal usually struggles to convince me.
Same like for Antrisch's EXPEDITION I: Dissonanzgrat applies: This album is strong from its first sounds of creaking wooden hull to its last sounds of wind and waves, deciding for a favourite track would not do justice for the geniality of the remaining five, the one coming closest to a favourite one could be I FESTGEFROREN - Packeisfalle in my opinion. onkelchristoph
